"Wow, I can't believe he's only one! He's huge!" "Is he tall for his age?" "He's not even two yet?!" These are common conversations that we have on a regular basis with people we encounter.
On January 19th Gavin finally hit the milestone of turning two. He came into this world weighing a whopping 9 pounds 6 ounces. He was huge and he was a solid little boy! We call him Gigantor because his is still huge and still solid. He wears 3T and 4T clothes. Because he is so big, you expect more out of him. Like you would think he could talk and tell you what he wants, or you would think that he can do big boy things. But the truth ofthe matter is, he just barely turned two and is just starting to talk, and just starting to think about using the big boy potty.
Somthing funny about Gavin:
He will bolt out the door at any chance he gets. He loves to be outside. The thing is, right now the weather is cold. But that doesn't stop him. As soon as he sees an opportunity, he darts for the winter box, puts on anything he can and races outside before I can catch him. What's funny, is whatever he puts on, he will often keep it on and wear it all day. Often times they are items that belong to Isaac or Owen, or even Me or Kurt. In otherwords, not matching, not his, or his size.

Still in his pj bottoms...
HE CRACKS ME UP! We love him and love that he is a part of our family!

He is a big boy! it's funny cause you and Kurt aren't exactly big people, in fact quite the opposite. He's so cute though!
and yes it was my boy whose hair stood straight up for about three months until it got long enough to lay down. People thought I did it on purpose, but no that's just what it did. Boys are so fun I want more, okay maybe just one more ;)

Blogstocker! There you are! I miss you! BTW, it wasn't the added "10 lbs." that made me dry heave, it was other stuff...
Oh Gavie....the only male that can call me "Hell" and get away with it! So cute..
he is a big one! Really too cute though, so its ok! Sounds like he has quite the personality and mind of his own though. Don't you ever just wonder where their train of thought starts to get them to do the things they do?!
It goes by way too fast! The last time I saw you, you were just barely pregnant with him-it has been way too long!
