I ♥ Couponing

When I saw the Smith's ad my heart skipped a beat. After scanning the first page, I knew it was gonna be a good one because I had several coupons that matched up. Even though I just had a great couponing trip the night before, I had to go out again with the new ad.

After I did all my research, printed/cut coupons, and had everything written out, I hopped in the Subie and headed to the Mart (walmart). I rarely goto Smith's, or anywhere else for that matter. I love shopping at Walmart and I price match everything.

Here's what I got.

3 x boxes Cinnamon Life Cereal
3 x boxes Baby Swiss Cheese Its
13 x boxes Ronzoni Penne Pasta

Regular Price: $89.11
I paid: $20.03 (after price matching and coupons)
That's 40 items for .50 a piece with a savings of 78%
The 13 boxes of Ronzoni Penne Pasta at regular price totalled $20.54. So it's like I paid regular price for the pasta and got everything else for FREE!

It's trips like these that make me want to resurrect my coupon blog again.....
