The time has come! After months and months of procrastination, a few too many brownies, and tired of rotating the same 4 pairs of pants day in and day out; I FINALLY did it! I got off my lazy A and Total Gym'd it up this morning. Yes, thank you, thank you. It's been a long time coming. I know.
Today, I announce to the whole blogger world: That I, Kanani, am going to get off my lazy A every morning and work it every day until November 21st. November 22, now that is a different story. I have to have a serious game plan for that day. The goal is to work out everyday (with the exception of Sunday), and hopefully by the 21st I will have developed a habbit that I have been putting off for over a year. IN ADDITION: I will cut back on the sweets, eat in moderation, drink more water, and mix in some cardio. No need to wait for the new year. My new year starts now!
Blogbots: I ask that you keep me in check, and hold me accountable to my goal. I need motivation and some butt whoopin'. It is too easy to shirk Kurt off my tail. Although, I know he will be willing to work out with me. Which will be a plus.
If Chuck and Christie can do it, so can I-Right?

Ya, I'm not thinking that you need it. I mean really, when you have legs like yours, and the lazy A that you think you need to get off looks as good as it does- why worry? You're hot- be happy. :)
Awww, thanks EM!
I know I'm not a fat slob, but after no physical activity for long periods of time; you tend to start feeling like one.
I do hope to shed a couple of pounds, but more so, I hope to revitalize my energy and self image, and form a healthier lifestyle in the process.
I wish you were closer and I'd definitely be your work-out buddy. I need to start a workout regime as well, I'm sick of carrying around all this extra baby weight. Good Luck with the holidays, they're brutal.
You are hot...do I not tell you that all the time? So hot I grit my teeth! (Kurt that one's for you). I think you look great! Good job.
I started my plan about 2 weeks ago. so far so good, but with the holidays...we'll see, It's always the first to go when the day gets too busy! And I do tend to agree with the rest, even though I haven't actually SEEN you in a long while, pictures tell me you look pretty good! I get jealous sometimes ya know. :)
You have never looked like you have needed to exercise but it's great to get those endorphins (spelling) going. If for no other reason than that, it's worth it. Good Luck!
Jess: trust me there is nothing to be jealous of.
