Looking back on the last couple of entries that I've posted, I am feeling bad. I want it to be known (To all 4 of you that read my blog, thank you by the way. You make me feel special.) that as bad as I make my kids out to be, I do love and adore them. I was just having a rough couple of days and now I'm over it and everything is good.

One thing that I am glad for in my life is I have the ability to be able to be stopped in a moment of turmoil or just randomly throughout the day and catch a glimpse of pure joy when I look at my kids. Not just a Oh my kids are so cute type of thing, but more of ok, this is why I am a mom type of thing-pure joy. I don't know if I can describe it. But I am pretty sure that I was given this ability for my kids' sake.

On that note enjoy some of my favorite pictures of my boys from my fav's file. These are from the last couple of years.

Kanani don't feel bad. I think that every mom that read those posts just thought. Isn't that so how it is to be a mom. I thought they were cute stories that your kids will appreciate being able to read when they are older. Don't worry...no one doubts how much you love your kids. I always try not to edit my blog too much. I want to write what happens in my life reguardless of who is reading it. It is hard though.

It actually makes me feel GOOD reading your postings about wild kids. Makes me feel mine aren't so abnormal, and I'm not such a horrible mom for getting frustrated at the rough patches too! Thats just how it's suppose to be eh. Motherhood is full of surprises....with definite "pure-joy" moments that make up for everything else in an instant.

We all have those moments. I think it is great that you have caputured them so you can look back and be able to laugh instead of cry. Have you seen that paper towel commercial and the son walks into the kitchen shaking a liter of pop and it explodes? The mom doesn't get mad, but sprays her son with the hose from the sink. Yeah right! At least not in my house.

Wow, what great photots. You will have to plan a trip when Kurt goes to KC for Heart of America. You and the boys can stay at the house and we can stamp all weekend!! We are only 21/2 hours from KC. Just a thought.

P.S. The stories are what I enjoy the most! Cute! I laugh now but will soon be haunted by my own with my boys.

Kurt and Kanani,
It's so good finding your blog and reading all about your cute family. It's fun seeing how as the years pass that people are really the same, fun loving people I knew years ago. We'll have to keep in touch!
