Isaac surprised Kurt with a Tarantula for Father's Day. He got the hook up from his friend, Katelyn's G-ma. I was not that thrilled when I saw the hairy beast.
I HATE spiders p-e-r-i-o-d!
I have to say that it is a pretty low maintenance pet. She eats once every 2 weeks. And Isaac keeps her water dish full. And that's about it. Kurt will whisper sweet nothings into her cage as he walks by, and I think that keeps her happy. We haven't taken her out and let her crawl around on our hands-I think she still freaks us out a little. I know she still gives me the heebie- jeebies whenever I look at her.
Ewwww. I just got the pee-shivers.

We have quite the spider out in our front flowerbed that I was thinking of posting soon. It's actually really beautiful for a spider but it's still a spider!
